Final edits!

I'm so excited. I got my manuscript back from the editor this past week, and have been busy making changes. I am very thankful for the editor and her time and her keen eyes. You know, I've worked on the book for so long, that I was totally unable to see some really obvious errors.

I have some dialogue issues, so I have been working hard on those, even asking my kids to read the ones I'm having problems with and helping me figure out what works. They're really helpful, but aren't around the whole time when I need them!

Still, being on the end leg is exciting, and the release of my book looms large. So, this post must-needs be short, because I'm off to my editing! Good luck to you during this week, and may you have very profitable writing.
