After commenting on several blogs, I decided to come to mine and make my post for the day. I had bookmarked the site, but couldn't log on as my username email and password didn't match. Figures.
I think all of us have found ourselves in that position a time or two...maybe even more. The thing is that I have a file that lists all usernames and passwords, but for some reason, forgot to all the sign-in name/password for blogger.
That didn't help, did it? Blogger sent me an email to my site, but I still couldn't figure out my password, because they just offered a link. Their email said if that didn't work, I could try again in five days. Five days? I'm endeavoring to post every day and I have a guess coming to my blog this Wednesday!
Finally, desperately, I typed my blog's url in the place provided by Google. Doggone if my blog didn't show up and with a swift "click" I found my dashboard. Whew! Crisis averted...sorta. What if I get kicked off my blog for some reason, like a computer restart? Then I'm back in the same situation - username and password don't match.
So if I disappear from view for a week or so, you'll know why! Moral of this story: keep your username and passwords religiously in a special place no one else knows and list all those boogers.
